Tender Support

For account, subscription, privacy, or data deletion help, use Tender settings or contact the developer through the Tender support contact listed in App Store Connect.

Subscriptions

Tender Plus subscriptions and free trials are managed through Apple. You can change, cancel, or restore subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your Tender account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Privacy and Data

Read the Tender Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and account-linked Tender data from Tender settings. If you need help, include the email address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in account when contacting support.
